What Is Afterpay?

Afterpay is an easy payment service that allows customers to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in 4 Automatic Installments every 2 weeks, without any interest.

How do I place an Order?

Shop on MM and check out as you normally do. At checkout, then choose the Afterpay payment method. You will then be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa/Mastercard). Returning customers just need to log into your account while newbies sign up. Then complete your order and it’s that easy. Please note, that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay and that the basket total is over $35.

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK?

Afterpay customers always have to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining 3 payments are taken automatically every 2 weeks from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional payments before they are due then you can log into your Afterpay account and make your payments early. Afterpay will then adjust the amount outstanding accordingly. You can log into your Afterpay account at anytime to view your payment schedule or to make an early payment.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED WITH AFTERPAY?

How Will I Know My Item Has Been Shipped?

When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it’s ready to leave our Distribution Center you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment. Please refer to our full Shipping Policy for current processing times and available shipping methods. Note: Receiving a shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our Distribution Center. Depending on the shipping method selected, please use the carrier’s tracking features to determine when your package is picked up, in-transit, and delivered to your door.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do! We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. The site will default US Dollars on the checkout page. Will I be charged customs for my order? An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Do You Offer Returns?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@millennialmarried.com! Digital Products We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds. If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request. Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.

I received A Damaged Item

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@millennialmarried.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
